My journey with Yoga started in a corporate role in a high stress environment managing a large team so I know first hand how stressful work life can be. It was during this time that I was able to successfully use tools from Yoga such as mindfulness, meditation and breathing techniques to manage mine and my team's stress and as a result increase productivity and effectiveness.
