About the Event

There is so much more to Yoga than just physical movement. Over the last 10 years I have learnt more and more about how different aspects of Yoga can become a fundamental part of day to day life when traversing your everyday stresses of work and home all the way through to anxiety, panic attacks and depression.

This workshop is an opportunity to explore these aspects of Yoga with the intention of giving you tools that you can take beyond the mat and into your every day life.

We will explore breathing techniques, yoga movement and flow, meditation and guided relaxations throughout the workshop. We will also explore some of the yogic philosophies which are the basis for the life coaching and counselling work I use with 121 clients.

This workshop will give you time to switch off and calm down your nervous system so you can leave feeling rested and more grounded as well as the opportunity to take something away with you.

Suitable for everyone including complete beginners. We will move our bodies and work through a gentle flow style sequence with options suitable for whatever you need that day.
